Crack Filling
Cracks are almost inevitable to happen in any aggregate, and asphalt is no exception. Tree roots, vehicle weight, poor drainage and soil wash out are just a few problematic occurrences that assist in cracks forming. The larger concern that cracks create, is allowing water to penetrate into the pavement causing further erosion as well as forming ice dams in colder weather, that expand in the winter and further disrupt the asphalt sub-foundation. Crack Filling is an essential part of our preventive maintenance program and is the key process that assists in extending the life of your asphalt surfaces.
-
We first clear the cracks of major debris and weeds with wire brushes and other tools and then use industrial blowers to clear the surface.
-
If your cracks are deeper than normal or have exceeded a recommended depth, we will add sand into them to help fill and support the tar application and prevent any "sinking" holes to form.
-
Cracks narrower than 1/4 inch should not be filled because there isn’t sufficient space for the material to penetrate and adhere to the inner sidewalls.
-
Extensive cracking or “alligated” areas should be repaired and not filled with hot tar. In most cases we crack fill the perimeter of this area, with a few crossing passes of material to contain the asphalt until replacement is recommended.

Sealcoating
Sealcoating your asphalt is essential for preserving the natural aggregate and protecting your pavement from damaging elements. We apply our high-quality commercial grade sealer to both residential and commercial properties, using either spray or hand application methods as needed.
This process not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of your pavement with a deep, dark finish but also promotes in prolonging its lifespan. Additionally, properly sealed asphalt helps to melt snow and ice during winter months and defends against oil, grease spills, harmful UV rays, and oxidation that can lead to cracking in the summer.

Striping
Enhance the safety and aesthetics of your parking lots with our precise striping services. We utilize high quality industry-grade paints and advanced techniques to create clear, durable markings that comply with regulations and improve traffic flow. This is applied immediately after your asphalt's sealcoating is dry in most cases
From standard parking lot striping to basketball, pickle ball courts and specialty striping we have all your paint applications covered.

Oil / Grease Stain Removal
It's important to have a clean surface when applying any asphalt sealer to your pavement, and heavy grease or oil stains prevent the sealing material to be properly applied. Many solvents can be used to remove these stains in addition to power washing, however in most cases with solvents you are simply spreading the material throughout a larger surface area of your asphalt. Our process uses a torch that will heat up the material and evaporate it instead of smearing it, to confidently remove any residue from the existing stain, and allowing the sealing material to properly adhere to the aggregate.

New Installation
Installing new asphalt is a major investment, so hiring the right asphalt contractor is vital to get the value you deserve. Just like building a house, the foundation has to be strong and done right. We take the time and the necessary steps to ensure a proper foundation to support the asphalt we install.
From parking lots to driveways, and from sidewalks to approaches, our project managers will walk you through the entire process and material's we will use so you have the confidence you need in making your decision on such a large scale project.
